Meet Our Doctor

Zahid Huq, MD

Zahid is an interventional pain management physician who specializes in treating a vast array of acute and chronic pain conditions. He is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.

He is a graduate of the University of Miami and stayed to complete his medical school education at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. He stayed at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital for his clinical training where he completed a residency in Anesthesiology and an ACGME accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine.

He believes in a comprehensive, individualized, patient centered, and goal-oriented approach to the management of chronic pain. His training has made him proficient in utilizing a wide variety of minimally invasive procedures, advanced treatment modalities such as neuromodulation, and other implantable therapies.

He is excited to remain in South Florida and aspires to provide patients with a viable plan to manage, control, and treat their pain with the goal of restoring function and improving overall quality of life.
